eautiful Villa Vinci is located in the village of Nedešćina in Istria. It is a beautifully furnished villa that will give you the much needed peace and luxurious dream vacation you have been dreaming of. The accommodation capacity of this beautiful villa is 10 persons.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and on the first floor there is a kitchen with stove, oven, cooking utensils and refrigerator, followed by a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. The living room has a TV, sofa bed, armchair and table. The first floor also has two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and an additional bathroom, also with shower.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with two single beds and two extra beds if needed. Also on the upper floor is a shared bathroom with shower. On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool of 24 m2, next to it there are eight sunbeds and two more are under the gazebo next to the pool. There is also an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood outside the villa. In the villa there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace and a kitchen and a table and benches, so you can enjoy preparing traditional delicious dishes and try them with dear friends or family. Also, next to the outdoor grill, there is a covered outdoor dining table for 10 people, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with enough space for socializing or children's games.

Additional facilities that will be a great help are a separate outdoor toilet with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. If you come with your youngest, a dining area and a crib are available. Villa Vinci is fully fenced and offers 4 parking spaces in its own yard. Entertainment facilities at your disposal, as Villa Vinci is adorned with a large and beautifully landscaped garden, are table tennis, swings for children, badminton, darts and a volleyball court.
