"Közel volt a part."
"Büdös a folyosó. Zaj: az apartman a tó felé lévő kijárat felett helyezkedik el, mindenki ott megy a strandra az emberek kiabálnak. A szoba a lépcsőház mellett fekszik, a lépcsőház ajtaján nincs visszacsapódás gátló, (2. emelet, földszint) folyamatos dübörgő hangot lehet hallani, kora reggeltől, késő estig, ahogy a nyaralók közlekednek. A szállás melletti szálloda szórakozó sátrában, minden este "dáridó"-s zene bömbölt. A kilátás az ablakból, szemközti panelfalra néz, erkély nincs. Légkondi hiányában, szauna van a szobában. A bejárati ajtó kinyílik, ha az ablak nyitva van. Wifi gyenge, kevés tv csatorna. Nem volt törülköző. 5 napra 2 tekercs wcpapír, 3 embernek. Ár-érték arány nem megfelelő."

A földszinti ajtó kicserélésre került. Az emeleti visszacsapódás gátlót megjavították, így megszűnt az ilyesfajta zaj. .A vendégek többsége kulturáltan viselkedik, tapasztalatunk szerint mindenhol előfordulnak a nyaralóövezetben hangoskodók. A leírásban nem szerepelt, hogy van törölköző, és van erkély. A kisgyermekes családok kifejezetten ezt az erkély nélküli apartmant keresik a biztonságossága miatt. A wc papír tartalék a szekrényben volt bekészítve. Eddig még nem volt igény a légkondicionáló berendezésre, hiszen az apartman az elhelyezkedése miatt nem melegszik fel 26-28 C fok fölé, még akkor sem, amikor kint 39 C fok van. Mindenesetre köszönjük a visszajelzéseit, a további komfortérzést növelő fejlesztéseket megfontoljuk. Várjuk vissza szeretettel.

Elnézést kérünk az Önökkel egy időben megszálló vendégek viselkedése miatt. Az apartmanház szabályzata tiltja a zajongást, ezért nem is jellemző az apartmanházra, hogy zajos lenne. A két vendég lift és a két teherlift minden reggel takarítva van.
