"Niestety dwa dni przed przyjazdem otrzymałam telefon z Willi, że nałożyły się rezerwacje i obiekt anuluje mój pobyt. Rezerwacja była złożona ze sporym wyprzedzeniem i wpłacona zaliczka. Zostałam jak to się mówi z ręką w nocniku. Telefonujący mimo że obiecywał pomoc mi szukać innego obiektu więcej nie zadzwonił. Dla mnie takie działania sa niedopuszczalne w czasach elektronicznej obsługi klienta."

Bardzo Panią przepraszamy za zaistniała sytuacje, została Pani przez nas wielo krotnie przeproszona bierzemy odpowiedzialność z niedopuszczalna sytuacje która zdarzyła się nam pierwszy raz. Niestety zmienialiśmy kalendarz i powieliło nam rezerwacje za co jeszcze raz przepraszamy.
