In the apartment there is a washing machine, A/C, kitchenette, WI-FI, HDTV and many other amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This neighbourhood is the first one that developed outside the walls of the Diocletian's palace. It is a pedestrian zone with narrow, mediterranean streets, stone houses and hidden gardens. Numerous, restaurants, bars, historical sights, shops and nightclubs are few minutes walk from the apartment. Marmontova street, Prokurative square and Riva promenade are within 5 minutes walk away and Diocletian's palace is within 7 minutes walk away, nearest beach is within 15 minutes walk away from the apartment. Main train station/Main bus station/Ferry port are 1000 meters away from the apartment.
Less than five minutes from the apartment there is Marjan - a popular recreational park-forest with numerous beaches, jogging trails, a tennis court and an outdoor gym.
