This great holiday apartment is only 17 meters from the crystal clear sea of ​​the Kvarner Bay and it is only a few minutes' walk to the city center of Crikvenica.

This beach apartment consists of a large living / dining room from which you have access to the wonderful balcony, a bedroom with double bed and balcony to the sea side, a double room with two single beds, a double room with a bunk bed and two bathrooms.
The kitchen, which is located in a separate, small house, can be reached via the garden terrace. In front of the kitchen there is a covered terrace with seating for 6 people.
The highlight of this apartment is the roof terrace, from which one has the feeling of standing on a ship terrace due to the proximity of the sea!

There are two parking spaces. A parking space is lockable, covered and is on the property of the house. The second parking lot is in front of the house.
