This spacious ground floor apartment enjoys a quiet and central location. Since it is a high ground floor, you can see the river "Dubračina" which flows through the center of Crikvenica. The flow of the river ensures a cool breeze even on the hottest summer days.

The apartment consists of a comfortable living room, very well equipped kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and a beautiful terrace with barbecue.

Although the apartment is located in the city center, it has its own parking space in the garage. The garage is available for free, but only smaller cars (e.g. Peugeot 206) fit into the garage. Garage doors cannot be closed on longer vehicles. If you arrive with two vehicles, it is possible to park another vehicle in front of the garage.
Due to the position on the ground floor, the temperature in the apartment is always comfortable. The apartment has no air conditioning.
