Both bathrooms are each equipped with a walk-in shower. The very pleasant terrace of the apartment is equipped with a seating area, 2 sun loungers and a porch swing.

There are 4 air conditioning units available in the apartment, one in each bedroom, one in the living room and one in the hallway.
