Houses Anna 1 and Anna 2 are located in Zambratija, a small fishing village only 4 km away from Umag. The houses are located in a quiet part of town and can accommodate 2 + 2 people in one building and 4 + 2 people in another. The facilities have 3 private covered parking spaces 50 m from the house. Houses Anna offers ideal conditions for a relaxing dream vacation, sun, sea, and proximity to the beach. An ideal choice for families with children or small groups of friends. The area consists of a uniquely beautiful, well-equipped sandy beach with the possibility of renting deck chairs and parasols, a favorite for families with children. Destino Bar on the beach is a great place to spend relaxing evenings admiring the sea and the beautiful sunsets, enjoying the delicious drinks of the bar. The bar within the small supermarket only 500 m away from the house is great for enjoying morning coffee.

House Anna 1 is very spacious, equipped with care and love, and offers a large covered terrace (12 m2) equipped with a dining table and 4 chairs where you can spend summer evenings in company. The house has a bedroom equipped with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, bedside tables, and bedside lamps, bed linen is provided (weekly change). Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with mirror, two bath towels per person are provided (weekly change). The living area is equipped with a wardrobe, a double sofa bed, a chest of drawers, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet access, a dining table, and 4 chairs. The kitchen has a stove with three gas burners and one electric hob, kitchen hood, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment. The living room opens onto a covered fenced terrace.

House Anna 2 is very spacious, offers a magnificent, large covered terrace (12 m2) equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs where you can spend summer evenings in the company of friends or family. The house has two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps, air conditioning, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The house has two bathrooms, one larger with shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror and cabinet, and the other smaller with shower, toilet, sink with mirror, two bath towels per person are provided (weekly change). The living room is equipped with a wardrobe, a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, a dining table, and 6 chairs. The kitchen has a stove with three gas burners and one electric hob, kitchen hood, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Exit to the covered terrace is from the hallway from which you enter the house.

The beautiful sandy beach where deckchairs and parasols can be rented is only 300 meters away. The area offers various sports facilities, excellent restaurants with fish menus, pizzerias, and beach bars that are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The area is rich in paths for walking by the sea or cycling. The location is quiet and sunny, only 4 km away from the center of Umag.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, inns, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For days you want to spend other than staying on the beach or in the evening, we recommend an unforgettable exploration of the interior of Istria. Grožnjan, a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Livade, a town known for its white truffles located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. * We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioner when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
