ROYAL 1:
The object is a studio apartment (i.e. living, sleeping area and kitchen are one room).

This studio apartment is located above the sandy beach of Crikvenica and is only a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach.
The apartment consists of a large living / dining room with kitchen in one room, a bathroom and a terrace in front of the apartment. The terrace is a large terrace which is shared with another apartment. The terrace can be covered with an awning as required.
