The location is perfect for those who want comfort and peace, for couples or families with children due to the proximity of beaches and beaches that are easy to reach on foot in minutes. The location is quiet, sunny, and surrounded by greenery. The tennis courts where the famous ATP Open Croatia Umag tennis tournament has been held for years are 800 m away.

From the garden, there is a direct exit to the Umag promenade. Private parking is available in the yard or near the house outside the yard for free use.

The living area has a kitchenette equipped with a stove equipped with two gas burners and two electric hobs, hood, oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, and kitchen utensils. The living room has a sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and free Wi-fi. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200), 2 bedside lamps, bedside tables, bed linen is provided (change weekly), a wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-fi internet connection. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink with mirror, hairdryer, two bath towels per person are provided (weekly change). In the living room, there is a dining table and two chairs, a sofa, and air conditioning. The modern kitchen offers a refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove with 3 gas burners and one electric, plates, cutlery, glasses, and kitchen utensils. The living area opens onto a veranda equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of good Istrian wine in the evening. The beaches can be reached on foot in a few minutes (600 m). The area is quiet and sunny. Nearby beaches have different structures for all kinds of needs, sandy, rocky, pebble, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make a unique beautiful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast that allows you to protect yourself from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach that suits you best, just scroll a few hundred meters as the structure of the beach changes. For those who love the gym, free outdoor gym equipment is available on Villa Rita’s promenade.

Only 100 m away is the station of the tourist train that departs from the tourist resort Katoro and arrives along the coast in the center of Umag and vice versa. - report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
