SMILJKA 1:
This spacious holiday accommodation for up to 4 people is located above the city center of the popular holiday resort Crikvenica.

The 65 m² ground floor apartment (mezzanine) has a separate living room, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartment has satellite TV with DVD player and wireless Internet access. Washing machine can be used for a fee after consultation with the landlord.

Outside, the balcony, equipped with a table, chairs and parasol, invites you to linger, offering a beautiful view of the town and the sea.

Parking for your car is on the property. For nice barbecues there is also a grill on the property.

Beach, center, shops and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes' walk.

On 65 m² living space on the 1st floor of the house there is a dining room with kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartment has satellite TV and wireless Internet access. Washing machine can be used for a fee after consultation with the landlord. With the nice and helpful landlords you can also use a freezer (also after consultation).

Outside, the balcony, equipped with a table, chairs and parasol, invites you to linger, offering a beautiful view of the town and the sea.

For nice barbecues there is also a grill on the property. Parking for your car is on the property.
