This house is located on a hilly part of Crikvenica and due to its location has a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay. The house has 4 apartments with the following capacities:
STUPAR 1: for 3-5 people; 45 m²
STUPAR 2: for 2-3 persons; 40 m²
STUPAR 3: for 2 persons; 32 m²
STUPAR 4: for 2-4 persons; 38 m²

Use of the gym is included in the price.
A shared barbecue terrace is located behind the house.
