"Nice 2-week stay (beginning of October with 4 adults)
Well designed apartment within a well maintained property in front row of the seaside.

Easy access to the beach (cement) through the garden.

Apartment is well furnished with large table for 6, sofa and TV. Kitchen is well equipped (for 6 = 6 glasses, 6 plates, 6 cutlery sets), with a slimline dishwasher (you do a wash after each meal).

Owner lives on the groundfloor of the building and is very accomodating if something is missing or to give access to washing machine (note: owner speaks only pigeon english and no german).

Apartment can accomodate 6 persons (6 beds in three separate bedrooms) but living space is actually more suited for 4 adults. (Photographs of the apartment are deceiptive, the apartment is somehow smaller than what it seems on pictures)

Apartment has a parking slot which is very convenient. Access is through a very steep road, as for all houses on this part of Čiovo. It can be frightening but you will get used to it!

Apartment is located with the sun rising on the balcony, then the sun passes over the house and there is no sunset view from the balcony.

There is only one AC unit for the whole apartment. We did not use it as we were there in October."

"Erholsamer Urlaub in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist ideal gewesen. Ein nettes Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch ein kleines Geschäft in der Nähe (auch zu Fuß zu erreichen). Nette Gastgeber - Achtung! Sehr steile Zufahrt zum Haus. Mit einem größerem Auto etwas mühsam."
