"Certamente da migliorare il servizio
La posizione era quella cercata, vicinissima al centro di Krk e con un bel panorama sul mare. A pochi minuti da tutti i ristoranti, comodissima per i collegamenti con le principali strade dell''Isola per gli spostamenti.
Le stanze abbastanza grandi da potersi muovere e disporre i bagagli, scarpe ecc
Anche il salone-ingresso-cucina apprezzabile, come spazio e come arredamento di elettrodomestici: frigorifero nuovissimo, ancora con gli adesivi del negozio, forno a microonde nuovo, quello che serve per una vacanza: un frigo per bevande e alimenti da colazione e panini e un forno a microonde per scaldare le cose. Inoltre l''appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata funzionante e con impianto sufficiente a rinfrescare tutte le stanze.

Positivo invece il commento sul personale dell''Agenzia: cordiali, presenti, molto disponibili nel risolvere i problemi presenti nel primo giorno di soggiorno. Ottime persone. - Quello che non ha funzionato sicuramente è la pulizia, la gestione della "consegna" dell''appartamento
Siamo arrivati per posare le auto, verso le 11 (l''appartamento avrebbe dovuto essere liberato entro le 10 per una consegna alle 14) e purtroppo era ancora abitato, pieno di oggetti e vestiti dei turisti che ci precedevano, ed abbiamo avuto la "sfortuna" o fortuna di poterlo vedere: perchè la signora delle pulizie invece di cambiare lenzuola e asciugamani, li ha semplicemente risistemati
Avevamo avuto cura di fare delle fotografie e fortunatamente siamo riusciti a farci sostiuire la biancheria
Anche la pulizia ha lasciato molto a desiderare: ci mancherebbe, forse in Italia siamo troppo "puliti" per pretendere di ramazzare e lavare i pavimenti, compresi i bagni. Ma da esperienza come sempre, sono cose che facciamo prima di insediarci nella casa vacanze

La cosa che ci ha lasciato stupiti è che la signora delle pulizie invece di raccogliere la biancheria sostiuita e portarla a lavare, la ha piegata con cura e risistemata nell''armadio
Mah......
Altri piccoli problemi, mancanza di lampadine od alcune di esse bruciate, ma sempre grazie all''esperienza, invece di "protestare" si fa molto prima ad acquistare il mancante al supermercato per poche Kune e si risolve il problema della vacanza
