"Zastarale vybaveni, moznost dostat se do jineho apartmanu jinych lidi
Velky apartman, velka terasa, mimo hluk centra, tvrde postale (nase preference), Vykonna klimatizace, prijemni majitele. - Zastaralé vybavení (nábytek, dekorace), žádné doplňování toaletních potřeb, Možný průchod bez zabezpečení do jiných prostor jen na základě jednoho klíče, rozbité dveře u wc/koupelny, špatný odtok vody u umyvadla a sprchy, ulomený držák sprchy, uvolněné toaletní prkénko, zamaštěný sporák., terasa umístěna nad vstupem do garáže, před kterou byly uskladněny starší nepoužívané spotřebiče."
