Az Apartment leírásában szerepelnek a fizetési feltételek, ennek ellenére a vendég a foglalás és az előleg befizetése után ezen feltetelekkel nem értett egyet. Ezek utan a tulajdonos felajánlotta a foglalás törlését és az előleg vissza utalasat, amire a vendég nem tartott igényt és a nyaralás után elmondása szerint nagyon meg voltak elégedve az apartmannal, jól érezték ott magukat.
