We are waiting for you in our first-floor apartment with special atmosphere and seeing to Balaton Lake. Our family house give comfortable relaxation time for maximum 4 person. The apartment has own/separated entrance. It is include 2 room with double bed. Well equipped (Microvave oven, warming-plate, fridge..etc) kitchen with eating corner which is combined with living room (American style). Also inlude bathroom and toilet (same room). You can eat your breakfast or coffe comfortable on the balkony and enjoy the view of Balaton Lake and mountains. Families easily find as comfortable feeling as their own home. Air-condition include in the price.

Balatonalmádi locate at the North-East corner of Balaton Lake near to 71 main route, 7km from Veszprém and 12 km from Balatonfüred. The coast of Balatonalmádi 7km long, round arch shape with half-isle in the end. Öreg Mount from North side arounding Balatonalmádi with beautiful view. The parking is free of charge everywhere in the city. There are several festival at summer time like Winefestival in August, Jazz Picnic at Paloznak, Harley Davidson Meeting at Alsóörs, Balaton Sound and STRAND Festival at Zamárdi, Veszprém Fest, Strand Festival at Balatonfűzfő.

It is possible to cooking and parking in the garden.
Not possible to bring small pets.
Shops 2,1 km, and beach 2,7 km located from the apartment.

There is Swimmin Pool in Balatonfűzfő with warm pool wehen children can play and next to this there is Balaton Bob & Adventure park for spend time really exiting for hole family.
3,4 km from the apartman locate very popular but small child-friendly strand, where they usually organize concerts at the evening (middle of summer).
Other recomended places: Tihany, Badacsony, Hévíz, Tapolca, Siófok.

The smoking is forbidden.
Also not allowed to organize parties or any kind of loud activities.
