SUTEU Apartments (you can find us in GoogleMaps and Waze application) are located in Mamaia Nord , in the Alezzi Yacht zone, on the side with the sea and the beach , righ behind the HOTEL GRAND DEDAL, where you can use the pool if you want (with charge costs).
It has 1 bedroom with double size matrimonial bed and 1 large living room with one extended sofa, very good for families with many members or for families with children . It has the capacity for 4 adults people.
The apartments are very comfortable, are located in a new build, and they have views of waterfront golf from the sea to the lake. Also they have in one side sea view. In the night , you can see from the living the fantastic lights from the Petromidia Platform.
The apartment is at floor no.4 . UNFORTUNATELY , there is NO ELEVATOR , you have acces to them by stairs , but the VIEW from the apartment from 4th floor compensates with the effort of climbing the stairs :)
The property is located 50 m from the golf sea water, 50 m from the many restaurants, 350 m from the sand beach, 1 km from the Navodari City, many local markets arround and 1 km from the big supermarkets (Lidl or Penny) or 21 km from International Airport Mihail Kogalniceanu . The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea. Also you have to know that in that area might be buildings in contructions, but there are no bothering my guests by noise or view.
