Description of the accommodation:

Ideal for families too

Built in 2019 in the new residential area of Balatonakali, our house with a panoramic view of Lake Balaton has three apartments for rent, each with a separate entrance, all year round.

The apartments for 2 people have double beds, the apartment for 4 people has a double bed in a separate bedroom and a large comfortable sofa in the living room. An extra portable bed can be provided as well. Each apartment has modern furnitures, a well-equipped kitchen and an own bathroom with shower.

The apartments are air-conditioned (but due to the drastic increase of the overheads we can provide air-conditioning for 2000 HUF per day), they have mosquito nets and shutters on the windows. They have free WIFI, smart TV’s, and in winter NOBO electric heating panel is provided.

On request, we can supply our guests with a baby bed, a highchair, a baby toilet-seat, an iron and a washing machine.

Grilling (plancha) is allowed in the brandnew garden kitchen.

"Nagyon szép a lakás, mint a képeken :) Nagyon tiszta és teljesen felszerelt, a higiénia is 100% volt. Szappan és kézfertötlenítö gél is volt a fürdöben. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves és segítökész. Balatonpart 5-10 perc séta. Örömmel ajánlom a lakást, mi elégedettek voltunk :) Köszönjük a vendéglátást!"

Kedves Vendégünk!
Mivel Ön már januárban lefoglalta az apartmant, volt lehetősége, hogy a nagyobbikat válassza. A szomszéd apartmanban tartózkodó vendég véleménye szerint elegendő ez a méret 3 fő részére is. A 3-as apartman 180 x 200-as Ikea ágy kényelmességét eddig minden vendégünk dícsérte, bár egyikük sem volt ennyire illuminált állapotban, hogy a hangos zenehallgatással és a családjával ordítozva zavarta volna mások nyugalmát. Nagyon sajnálom, hogy minden igyekezetem ellenére ( külön parkolóhely, kérésére külön tűzrakóhely vásárlása a kerti sütéshez) nem érezte jól magát, az időjárással sem volt megelégedve., ráadásul az ár - érték arányt is elfogadhatatlannak értékelte, pedig azt kapta, amit a fényképeken is láthatott, jó előre.
Legközelebbi szálláshelyével legyen megelégedve.
