General business and cancellation conditions1. Prices and ServicesIndicative prices for accommodation and any other services are listed in the accommodation provider's presentation materials (websites, brochures, etc.). However, the price shown in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. For the range of contractually agreed services and prices, their breakdown in the voucher is binding. The host is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (e.g. force majeure).2. Conditions for booking confirmation and cancellation conditionsThe customer makes a reservation through the online reservation form, which immediately confirms the reservation, or makes a request by e-mail. The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Cancellation of stay requires a written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) to the address recepce@stran.czz. The date and time of sending the email are decisive for determining the time of cancellation of the stay.2. 1. Cancellation conditions for regular reservations: cancellation 31 or more days before departure: no cancellation fee. Cancellation 0-30 days before boarding, on the day of boarding, or in case of no-arrival: cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the price of the reservation and ordered services.2.2. Conditions for special reservations, weekly recreation, group reservations, special offers, reservations at discounted prices: All group reservations (3 or more rooms or apartments or combinations thereof), reservations at a discounted price, reservations for 5 or more nights are considered special reservations , booking in the following dates: Valentine's Day, Easter, spring holidays, IFF time, main summer holidays, Christmas, New Year's Day, public holidays. For special reservations, the accommodation provider may request a deposit to confirm the final reservation, which the accommodation provider will inform the customer (guest) via e-mail. The accommodation provider guarantees a preliminary reservation to the customer for a minimum of 3 days, a maximum of 7 days, so that during this time the customer can pay the deposit. The accommodation provider has the right to refuse the reservation of a guest who has not paid the deposit to the accommodation provider by the given date.Cancellation conditions for special reservations, weekly recreation, group reservations, special offers, reservations at discounted prices: cancellation 31 days or more before departure: Cancellation fee in the amount of 90% of the price of the reservation and ordered services, or the amount of the advance payment. If it is possible to secure a replacement guest on the date, in that case your reservation can be refunded.2. 3. Conditions for reservations at a highly discounted non-refundable price "Non refundable" For reservations marked "Non refundable", the guest usually gets the reservation at a highly discounted price, which is paid in advance. The Thai reservation must be marked as "Non refundable" or "Non refundable" For "Non refundable" reservations (Reservations for a non-refundable price) the price cannot be returned in case of non-use. 2.4. Other conditions For long-term group reservations and reservations of the entire accommodation capacity of the area, individual cancellation conditions can be negotiated. 3.
