"Központi helyen van, de mégis eldugva. Percek alatt lehet átsétálni borozókba, éttermekbe, mégsem mászkál arra a tömeg a Római útról."
"Jó adottságokkal rendelkezik a ház, de nagyon nincs karbantartva. Szinte minden el van törve, szakadva, nem működik stb. Sokkal jobb is lehetne, ha költenének javításokra. A konyhában minden evőeszköszt, poharat, tányért, de még a fiókokat is kisikáltunk, mert minden ragadt."
