In a pleasant environment, not far from the crystal clear sea and beautiful beaches offered by Novi Vinodolski, there is this beautiful holiday house that is designed for up to 8 people.

The living space of the holiday home of 90 m2 is spread over 2 floors: (Ground floor and 1st floor are connected by an internal staircase.)

Ground floor:
The ground floor with access to a covered terrace and a beautiful garden consists of a living room, kitchen with dining area and guest toilet. In the living room there is the possibility of placing an extra bed as needed, which is provided as a sleeping facility for the eighth person.

1st floor:
There is a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two beds and one room with one bed.
The double room is connected to one of the two twin bedrooms. The room with single beds can only be reached through a large bedroom with a double bed.
The largest bedroom has direct access to the beautiful balcony of the house. The balcony is covered and has a pleasant sea view.

Outdoor:
The outdoor space is well suited for families with children. It has two terraces and a beautiful garden.
There are 3 parking spaces available in the building.

The house is equipped with 3 air conditioners. The living room has strong air conditioning, one in the large bedroom with a double bed and one in the bedroom with two single beds.
