"Egy lakásban lett kialakítva két apartman így egy bejárata van másik apartmanban a tulajdonos lakik és mivel egy bejárat van a tulajdonos folyamatosan azt lesi mikor nyílik az ajtó és kukucskál hallgatózik természetesen szerettük volna visszamondani érkezés után ahogy láttuk hogy mi a helyzet viszont pénzt nem volt hajlandó visszaadni a tulajdonos. A konyha koszos igénytelen Tele lommal"

"Egy lakásban lett kialakítva két apartman" Eddig igaz a bejegyzés. Amit ez után írt a kedves vendég az elég érdekes kitaláció! Ha figyelmesen olvassa a szálláshely leírást, nézi a feltett képeket abból pontosan kiderül, hogy egy apartman kiadó ami áll egy előszobából, konyhából, fürdőszobából, szobából. A képek is pont ezt mutatják. A lépcsőházból belépve az (egykori) lakásba egy kicsi előtérbe jutunk, ahol két kulccsal zárható ajtó található, az egyikre (jol láthatóan!) "7. apartman" van kiírva, ha ide belépünk, találjuk az előbb felsorolt helységeket. A másik ajtóra " Iroda szoba, raktár" van kiírva, és ez így is van! Én Budapesten lakom, tartózkodok, (lakcímkártya) ritkán vagyok Pécsett. A vendéget én, vagy segítőm, engedi be, vagy kulcstrezorral jut be a szállásra.
Írja már le a vendég, hogy milyen módon kukucskálok, hallgatózok az apartman előtt? A földön fekve, ajtó alatti résen próbálok benézni, vagy a fülemet tapasztom az ajtóra? Ezen Ő rajtakapott?
A pénz visszaadás! A szállásdíj felét egy ideje, előre kell fizetni, ezt kötbérként kell kezelni, (a foglalási feltételek közt szerepel) mert elég sokszor előfordult, hogy a vendég érkezés előtt mondta vissza a szállást, vagy jelzés nélkül nem jött el. Ezzel nekem kárt okozott. Ez a vendég felületesen tájékotódott, figyelmetlenül foglalt, majd a szálláson felháborodott, amikor ezzel szembesült. Valószínű ezért gondolta, hogy mindenféle negatívumokat kell leírnia az értékelésben. (nézzék meg a konyháról készült képeket! az tényleg lomtár?)
