A holiday house, renovated and designed in a Mediterranean style, is located on a family estate surrounded by high stone walls that provide maximum privacy. This peaceful and comfortable house invites you to relax and enjoy a unique combination of nature and comfort.

For private use, guests have access to: a sun umbrella, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a terrace, a courtyard with a covered area, a dining table, and a large barbecue fireplace. From the courtyard and the terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of unspoiled nature and the sparkling blue sea of the Kvarner Bay. The surrounding nature, with its authentic Mediterranean landscape, offers numerous opportunities for active holidays, following the well-known slogan of the Vinodol region: "A step to the sea, two to the snow."

On the nearby coast in Crikvenica, you will find various beaches – sandy, pebble, rocky, and even a dog-friendly beach – as well as numerous activities such as tennis, diving, water sports, and boat rentals. Nature lovers can explore mountain peaks such as Lukovo or Viševica, visit the Platak ski resort, which transforms into a beautiful nature park in summer, or discover Gorski Kotar with its lakes and the source of the Kupa River.

The holiday house consists of the first floor, a spacious courtyard, and a covered terrace equipped with a barbecue. The ground floor is not in use and is not included in the offer. The first floor features a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a dining and living area in an open-plan layout, one bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed, and a spacious bathroom. All rooms, as well as the kitchen and living area, are air-conditioned for added comfort.

A private parking space is available for guests.
