House Micika is located in small place Grizane, 5 km from Crikvenica and its beaches, restaurants, etc.
Has capacity for 4 to 5 people and consists of ground floor and the 1st floor.
On the ground floor is the entrance area, a kitchen with dining area, living room and the bathroom. In the living room is an extra bed for 5th person - sleeping couch.
From the kitchen there is an access to the terrace and the courtyard.
An internal staircase leads to the 1st floor where is a large hallway and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed.
There is also an access to the small balcony.
An air conditioning system is installed in the hallway and cools the floor pleasantly.
House has also WiFi, Sat TV, washing machine, barbecue and private parking.
