Above the center of Crikvenica, in a location separated from the daily hustle and bustle, is this unique holiday resort which is intended for total relaxation. The holiday complex is located on a larger hill called Kotor and is a small village in itself.
Kotor was once the beginning of the history of what is now Crikvenica.
Today there is a beautiful holiday complex here which consists of two completely renovated houses and a wonderful outdoor area. Both houses are rented as a single unit and can therefore accommodate up to 10 people.
If you want to walk to town, stairs and a steep path lead downhill to Crikvenica. In the summer months, the well-known holiday resort is full of various events, a rich gastronomic offer and many beautifully landscaped beaches that guarantee bathing fun for every generation.
The parking lot is about 400 m from the house, from where the helpful owner will be happy to transport your luggage.
The property is divided as follows:

House 1:
The smaller house is intended for 2 to 4 people. There is a common room with kitchen and fireplace/grill available on the ground floor. On the upper floor of the house there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom.

House 2:
Here in the larger house, which is connected to the smaller house via the outdoor area, there are 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two kitchens, a living room and a beautiful lounge with a billiard table.

The outside area:
Surrounded by beautiful nature, the outdoor area with Mediterranean plants invites you to relax. Several terraces, an outdoor grill and the beautiful swimming pool, where loungers and parasols are available, invite you to linger.
