Description of the accommodation:
The fully renovated Hotel Fortuna awaits its guests on the bank of the Ferenc Canal in Dávod-Püspökpuszta with a tranquility that gives guests a sense of familiarity and cosiness right upon arrival.
The air-conditioned and well-equipped conference room can accomodate up to 150 people. It is an ideal place for business meetings, trainings, conferences, exhibitions, product demonstrations and other events.
The exclusive restaurant serves traditional Hungarian dishes as well as international cuisine and provides a substantial buffet-breakfast and kettle-display kitchen for gourments.
The restaurant and the neighbouring beer house is the regular scene of weddings, balls and other events with music. At wekkends we provide live gypsy music for our guests.
With a total of 64 beds, 18 single and double-rooms, a special room for the disabled and 5 spacious suites, with a sitting-room and one or two bedrooms, awaits guests wishing to relax. Our rooms are equipped to satisfy all demands: air conditioning, cable TV-system, room-safe, internet connection, ...etc.
The lounges and the terrace a part of the beautiful landscape are the popular scenes of informal friendly conversations.
A wide selection of drinks, polite service and a two-lane bowling track awaits guests wishing to relax or have fun in the intimate atmosphere of our drink bar or the beer house with a barbecue terrace.
As its name suggest, Püspökpuszta - over the Ferenc Canal - used to belong to the old Bishopric of Pécs. This is well symbolized by the little church of the past century hiding under the ancient sycamera and willow lane.
Our wellness section provides further opportunities for relaxation in the form of massage, jakuzzi, Finnish and infra saunas, and salt-cave. These ara the most popular services among our guests.
