In a quiet and new residential area in Crikvenica is this in 2022. newly built holiday home with a swimming pool.
The holiday home, furnished with style, is suitable for 4 people and is divided into a ground floor and a floor.
On the ground floor you enter the living room with kitchen and dining area which is fully equipped. Here is a bathroom and a washroom. From the living room you have access to the outside area.
An internal staircase leads to the 1st floor. The first bedroom has separate beds that can be put together if required. This room has a beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the settlement of Kotor on a nearby hill. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower
The outdoor area offers a partially covered terrace which is furnished with a large table and chairs and is ideal for nice cozy hours together. The high-quality gas barbecue from Weber is only good for this. Next to the swimming pool there are 2 sun loungers available for sunbathing and lounging, as well as an outdoor shower. The entire outdoor area and the parking lot are under video surveillance.
The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with Wifi. All rooms have a television with satellite programs.
All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets on the windows.
