The nearest town is the well-known seaside resort of Crikvenica in the Kvarner Bay, which can be reached in just a few minutes by car. There are numerous ways to spend your free time there. e.g.
with many water sports, beach bars, boat rentals, pedal boats, several tennis courts, a mini golf course, etc.
Those thirsty for relaxation can rent sun loungers and umbrellas on the various beaches. On the beach promenade you can buy good, varied food as well as souvenirs and beach props.
The holiday home is divided into a charming outdoor area, the ground floor and the 1st floor.

Outdoor area
The wonderfully quiet outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. There is a 90 m² fenced terrace (partly covered) with sea views, 3 car parking spaces and a beautiful 160 m² pool area, which is the highlight of the house!
At the pool area there is a 36 m² swimming pool, a covered terrace with a summer kitchen and charcoal grill, a solar outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers.
In the outer area there is a separate bathroom with a toilet, sink, walk-in shower and a washing machine. This bathroom is easily accessible from the pool.

Ground floor
This consists of an air-conditioned living room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a separate toilet. The dining area is also air conditioned.

1st floor
An internal staircase takes you from the ground floor to the first floor.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms here. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning and satellite TV.

There are 4 air conditioning systems in the house which ensure a pleasant room temperature in all weather conditions.
