"Der Gesamteindruck ist nicht erfreulich.
Dieser Preis ist es nicht wert. Ein Pluspunkt war die Lage, alles ist absolut fußläufig zu erreichen, zur Promenade sind es höchstens 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gastgeberin ist nett. Aber... die Eingangstür für Personen bis 160 cm Körpergröße, da haben wir uns ständig den Kopf zerbrochen. Die Reinigung war oberflächlich, der Boden wurde in den Bädern und Duschen gewaschen und gereinigt, überall viele Spinnweben und Staub auf den Möbeln, die Schränke mussten selbst gewaschen werden, die Staubschicht im Inneren war einfach nur schwarz. Aus allen Ritzen flossen Duschkabinen (sowohl oben als auch unten). Die Dusche oben lief nicht gut ab. Die Geräuschkulisse im Haus ist sehr stark, die Treppen und der Boden knarren. Die Waschmaschine fehlte."

"Objekt liegt im Zentrum, oberer Balkon mit Meerblick.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
Haus hat kein Parkplatz."
