This holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by a lot of Mediterranean greenery, it offers modern facilities and swimming pool as well as a great garden where you can relax at any time.

Up to 8 people can spend your vacation in this beautiful house. The beautiful sandy beaches of Crikvenica are only about 8 km from here.

There are also some very good hiking and cycling trails near the house. It is also particularly interesting that there is a paragliding station in the mountains behind the house.

On the ground floor is the living/dining room and kitchen which form one room. Here is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

An internal staircase leads to the 1st floor where there are 3 more air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are connecting rooms, i.e. you can get from one bedroom to the other.

Outside, guests of this house have a swimming pool with sun loungers, a large furnished terrace and a brick barbecue at their disposal.
