Description of the accommodation:
Saliris is an invented, compound word meaning "salt rainbow." It refers on the one hand to the salt hill that has become a symbol of Egerszalók, and on the other hand to the diversity that the Resort offers. Our goal is that visitors think back on their visit as experience-rich and positively recharging, pondering when they can make a return visit.
The Hotel is located in a 17,5-hectare unique natural environment surrounded by pine forest connected to the Thermal Spa. Its main attraction is the thermal source springing from the depths of the earth and the salt hill created by the water flowing down the hillside. Similar natural formations can only be found in two other places in the world (Pamukkale/ Turkey, Yellowstone Park /USA )
Out of the 204 rooms at Hunguest Saliris, there are 102 Standard, 52 Superior, 40 Superior Plus rooms, 9 Suites, and 1 Presidential Suite. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen television with access to a large number of channels, as well as a telephone, wired internet connection, mini-bar, safe, air conditioning and heating, coffee and tea-making equipment, and bathrobe. All of the rooms have a terrace.
The facility with a water surface of 1,900 m2 has a total of 17 - all year open - outdoor and indoor pools. Seated pools with medicinal water (510/2023. (XI. 20.) Based on government decree under 14 years old are not allowed to use them), whirlpools, experience pools, children's pools and a slide ensure a pleasant pastime for all ages.
The spa's exclusive Sauna World offers a special experience for sauna lovers, which includes a bathing suit and non-swimming area. Our guests can use the indoor saunas (1 aroma cabin, 2 Finnish saunas, 1 steam cabin, 1 infrared sauna, 1 bio sauna), as well as a plunge pool, two tub showers, showers and a sparkling pool in swimwear.
Their outdoor saunas and sauna sessions can be visited without a swimsuit, in sauna sheets.
The pride of our Sauna World is the ice altar: which was created with a unique and extravagant solution under the deservedly popular glass dome.
The use of Sauna World is possible for an additional fee, the one-time payment of which on the day in question ensures additional free use.
