"A recepciós úr nagyon segítőkész volt, a felmerült problémás helyzetet megpróbálták ajándékkal kompenzálni."

"Sajnos a fürdőszoba, főleg a zuhanyzó penészes volt, amit jeleztem az egyébként kedves recepciós úrnak. Ő rögtön próbált improvizálni és tényleg jól állt hozzá a szerinte is durva helyzethez: hozott penészírtót és ő maga állt neki sikálni a csempét. Becsületére legyen mondva, sikereket ért el. Rövidre fogva a lényeg az, hogy 4 éjszakát töltöttünk el a panzióban úgy, hogy minden este fél órán át kellett szellőztetni a klórszagot mert abban megmaradni nem lehet fejfájás nélkül, ami miatt az egész szoba kihűlt, majd miután a szellőztetést befejeztük, 1-2 óráig tartott, hogy visszamelegedjen a szoba, tehát kabátban üldögéltünk a szobában, mire természetesen már újra durva klórszag lett..."
