"Nem tudtunk kártyával fizetni és ráadásul a banki utalást sem tudtuk a helyszínen a bank karbantartás miatt elutalni, így a szállásadò megengedte hogy itthonròl egy nappal később rendezzük a számlát ! Ez nagy nagy bizalomròl és kedvességről tanúskodik! Köszönjük és természetesen az utalást végrehajtottuk :)"

"az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, a fürdő és a belváros pár perc sétával megközelíthető"

"Sajnos több negatív tapasztalatunk volt,mint pozitív: - a szallas.hu által beígért 12 órás szoba elfogalalás helyett fél 3-ra lett kész a szoba, így 3+ órás vezetés után ahelyett, hogy le tudtunk volna pihenni, ott kellett hagyni a cucokkal teli kocsit az utcán, és kimenni a városba, amíg sikerült kitakarítaniuk a szobát az előző lakók után - a beígért udvari őrzött parkolóban nem volt hely, így végig az utcán kellett parkolnunk - a szállásadót összesen 2x láttuk, és akkor is nekünk kellett felkutatnunk: senki nem fogadott odaérkezéskor, telefonálás után sikerült a takarítót odaküldeniük, aki közölte, hogy csak fél 3-ra lesz kész a szoba. Semmi egyéb infót nem kaptunk (hol, mikor tudunk bejeltnkezni, reggelizni). Este nekünk kellett megkeresni a szállásadót, hogy bejelentkezhessünk. A fizetésre azt mondta, majd ha kész a számla, szólnak. Még utolsó előtti nap sem szóltak, nem találtunk senkit a szálláson (hiába van 0-24-es portaszolgálat feltüntetve az oldalon), hiába csengettünk. Indulás napján reggel továbbra sem találtunk senkit, akinek fizethettünk volna, telefont nem vették fel, ajtót nem nyitottak. Végül addig kopogtunk, míg előkerült valaki. - a szoba zajos volt, száraz kapubeálló melletti, hallottunk minden ki/beálló kocsit, illetve a felettünk lakók lépéseit, széket ha kihúzták. Az utolsó este kint zajongott egy társaság hajnalig a szoba előtt az udvaron. - a szolgáltatások kapcsán: nem volt törölköző bekészítve, úgy kellett külön kérni, a pamlag be volt szakadva, WC ajtót nem lehetett becsukni, fürdőszobán harmonika ajtó volt csak, és mivel a zuhanyon nincs se ajtó, se függöny, a víz folyt mindenfelé. Hiába van szépen felújítva a szállás, a csapok a zuhanynál és a mosdókagylónál is a régi csavarósok, nem lehetett rendesen beállítani a vízhőmérsékeltet. A fürdőszobában se egy polc, se egy szekrény nem volt! Sok helyen megszálltunk már, de még sosem találkoztunk olyen szállásadóval, aki ennyire nem foglalkozik a vendégekkel - nem normális, hogy a vendégnek kell keresni a szállásadót, hogy fizethessen végre, mert szeretne már indulni haza és napok óta nem tudja elérni őket... és mentségként felhozták, hogy nemcsak ezzel foglalkoznak, hanem büféznek, stb... aki nem tud kellő figyelmet szentelni a vendégeknek, az ne panziózzon!!! Úgyhogy nem, nem ajánljuk senkinek a szálláshelyet"
