"Minden közel van, autóval pár perc, de gyalog se lehetlen küldetés. Saját belső udvaros parkoló, de kint sem fizetős és volt hely bőven. Normális tévé, teljes értékű konyha, légkondi, külön díjért van pezsgőfürdő és szauna."
"Az első éjszaka után el akartunk menni innen, konkrétan gyomrunk felfordult, de már ki lett fizetve és nem akartunk pakolászni még egy éjszaka miatt. Az lepedőben fekete emberi szőrszálak vannak, és ismeretlen eredetű foltok díszítik. A törölközők tisztának tűnnek, de ahogy nedvességet kapnak büdössé válnak, tehát nem tiszták. A wc "ajtó" nem biztosít semmiféle intimitást. Hangok, szagok zavartalanuk közlekednek. A konyha a szoba része, bármi készül egy hétig emlékezni fogsz rá. Az ágy fölött fej magasságban polc, szigorúan hanyattfekve használható, nem tudjuk mire gondolt a költő. A fent leírt higiéniai problémák miatt, se a fűrdőt, se a szaunát nem használtuk."

A vendég èrtékelèse nem igaz, hazudik! Nem tudom mièrt, eddig soha egyetlrn vendégünk nem panaszkodott higéniai problémák miatt, belső ellenörző rendszert működtetünk, hogy ne forduljon ilyen elő! Visszautasítjuk a hamis és rosszindulatú megjegyzèst

"Nem volt tiszta az ágynemű."

Kedves Vendégünk, köszönjük építő jellegű kritikáját. A lepedőn talált folt, sajnos mosásból eredő elszíneződés volt. Amit azonnal cseréltünk. Az ágyneműt minden vendég után cseréljük. 4 ágynemű állt a rendelkezésükre, amiből egyet kifogásolrak. Sajnos nem került említésre, hogy nagyobb apartmanba helyeztük el Önöket, a kényelmesebb elhelyezés miatt(nem kellett felmenniük az emeletre) A jelzett problémákra azonnal, készségesen reagáltunk, és megoldottuk.
