The apartment is located 3 kilometers from the center of the historic city center, in the center of the western part of the city, in a quiet little street, on the first floor of an apartment building. The surroundings of the house abound in pleasant, cozy green areas, recreation parks, playgrounds and recreational sports fields. In the immediate vicinity you can find shops offering a wide selection, a fitness room, a producer's market and a service center.
The equipment and furnishings of the newly renovated apartment are excellent for the comfort of guests staying in the city. Our guests are greeted by a larger living room, a small bedroom opening from it, an equipped kitchen, a tastefully renovated bathroom, toilet, hallway and wardrobe. On both sides of the apartment, it is possible to spend time in the fresh air, on the south there is a small balcony, on the north there is a hanging corridor connected to the staircase. From both directions, it is good to look at the green parks full of huge leafy trees.
The 20-square-meter, air-conditioned room has an openable corner sofa (it's only 130 cm wide), a few wardrobes, and a TV set for the comfort of our guests, the latter of which can receive more than 70 broadcasts. The small bedroom has a double bed (140 * 200 cm). The kitchen serves comfortable meals for four people and is suitable for preparing simpler meals, equipped with cooking and baking equipment, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. well supplied. Of course, all this is complemented by a well-equipped bathroom and a separate toilet room. Very fast WIFI can be used in the apartment. Pets of our guests are welcome.
Upon arrival - by prior arrangement - we will meet at the location, where we will hand over the keys. We ask that we always agree on the time of arrival in advance, at least half an hour before. During your stay here, we are available by phone almost continuously, and if necessary, we will arrive at the location within a few minutes. We are ready to provide information about the city, transportation options, leisure programs, historical and other landmarks, hiking trails, etc., according to the needs of our guests.
The local tourist tax is HUF 400/person/day, which must be paid in addition to the accommodation fee. Anyone under the age of 18 or staying in the city for the purpose of studying or working is exempt from the tourist tax.
Pets can also be accommodated in the apartment, we provide them with some comfort equipment (plaid, bowl, litter tray for cats, litter bag for walks). We ask that the small pets do not disturb the peace of the residents by barking, and the safety of the residents by their movement in the stairwell. The use of a leash for dogs is also required by the house rules and municipal regulations.
In order to be able to offer comfort and safety to all our dear guests in the long term and to make this acceptable for the environment, compliance with the following rules and regulations is mandatory for all our dear guests:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, and no events of any kind (e.g. house parties, receptions, noisy activities disturbing the neighbors, etc.) are allowed for the peace of mind of the residents of the apartment building. Upon check-in, a digital scan of each guest's identity document is required, and only registered guests may stay in the apartment without special permission from the host. For all of this, we thank our dear guests for their understanding.
