Not far from the popular beaches of Crikvenica and the town center is this beautiful holiday home with its own garden area, swimming pool, private parking space and private grill.

The holiday home consists of a lovely outdoor area and an indoor area that extends over the entire ground floor.

Inside there is a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All three bedrooms and the living/dining area are air-conditioned. The holiday property has a total of 4 air conditioning units. The television in the dining area has a satellite TV connection.

The outdoor area offers a very generous amount of space. The centerpiece here is the 24 m² swimming pool. The pool measures 6 meters x 4 meters and is 1.50 meters deep, which is standard. There is also a small pool for four-legged friends to cool off in.

There is also a summer arbor with a grill and seating for up to 8 people and a large parking lot for 3 vehicles. The grill is a real charcoal grill. For the little guests there is a play corner with a climbing house with a slide and a sandpit. There is also a table football for young and old.

Pets are welcome at no additional charge, but guests are kindly requested to notify us if they are bringing a pet.

The property is completely fenced. ​

Please note that only the ground floor of this holiday home is rented out. The upper floor is not rented out.
