This beautiful holiday house for 4 people, with whirlpool, is located in the residential part of the popular resort Crikvenica.

The living space of 60 m2 on the ground floor is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a living / dining room with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher.

The house is equipped with satellite TV, heating, fan. Barbecue facilities and a house garden are available.
Some great extras are the whirlpool which is used exclusively for the use of this leisure facility, sauna and small fitness room. While enjoying the whirlpool, you have a very nice sea view.

Outside, the 50 m2 terrace invites you to relax, offering a beautiful view of the city and the sea.

You can use the washing machine after consulting with the landlord, who lives on the neighboring property. Parking for your car is on the property.

The center with shops, banks and restaurants, as well as beautiful beaches for swimming (beaches Lučica and Kaštel) are only about 1 km away.
