In a quiet part of the popular tourist place Crikvenica / Dramalj is this cozy holiday home suitable for up to 7people.

The living space of the house of 110 m2 is distributed on 3 floors: ground floor, first and second floor. Each floor can be used as a separate residential unit because all three apartments have their own entrance.

Ground floor
The ground floor with access to the courtyard consists of an open space where there is a sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed for 1 person. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

1st floor
Here is a complete apartment for two people consisting of a bedroom (open) with access to a balcony, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. From this floor you have access to a private balcony and the back of the house where there is a large terrace.

2nd floor
On the second floor there is a complete apartment for two people. It consists of a bedroom (open) with access to the balcony, kitchen with dining area and bathroom.

Outer area
The landscaped outdoor area consists of a parking lot at the entrance, a terrace behind the house and a very practical summer kitchen which is very popular.
