"Wunderbar und erholsam :-)
Das Ferienhaus entspricht 1:1 den Fotos auf der website, und ist eine sehr schön gestaltete Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit sehr geräumiger und gemütlicher Terrasse, Solarstrom, Sat-TV, stabilem wlan und meist warmen/ heißem Wasser :-). Es stehen Müllcontainer für Papier, Plastik und Restmüll im Garten bereit.

Leider haben sich zu unserer Begrüßung einige Ameisen in der Bestecklade einquartiert, die wir mit einem Insektenspray nachhaltig vertrieben haben. Die Küche ist vollständig mit Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Gasherd, Toaster und Spülbecken ausgestattet. Alle Verbrauchsuntensilien wie Küchenrolle, Müllsäcke, Reinigungsschwamm und Spülmittel waren vorhanden.
Die Zufahrt war für mich etwas abenteuerlich, zuerst eine leicht steigende Schotterstraße, und dann eine betonierte Strecke mit wenig Ausweichmöglichkeiten bei Gegenverkehr, sowie mit einigen steileren Abschnitten. Aber mit meinem Kia Rio war es trotzdem schaffbar. Die sehr nette Eigentümer-Familie hat uns direkt bei der Fähre abgeholt und ist den Weg zur Unterkunft mit uns vorgefahren, da einige Ferienhäuser nebeneinander stehen, und diese keine Hausnummer haben. Dabei wurden uns auch alle wichtigen Dinge im Haus gezeigt und erklärt, es stand auch 1 Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüßung bereit:-).
Zum Einkaufen fährt man ca. 4km nach Tkon, dort finden sich lokale Gemüse- und Obsthändler, Supermärkte und verschiedene, empfehlenswerte Restaurants.

Der Strand ist grob felsig, es gibt pro Unterkunft einen eigenen betonierten Steg mit Liegen. Badeschuhe sind unbedingt nötig aufgrund der teilweise spitzen Steine und wegen der Seeigel. Das Wasser ist klar, aber die Strömung an bereits leicht windigen Tagen nicht zu unterschätzen.
Unsere Kinder sind bereits im Jugendalter, es war für uns ein perfekter, entspannter und gemütlicher Urlaub:-).

Toller Aufenthalt - nur der Weg zur Unterkunft ist holprig und nicht ganz leicht zu fahren. Mit SUV''s kein problem.

Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und Adriagate war ebenfalls kein Problem und sehr höflich. Gerne wieder."

The Robinson-style house is the perfect choice for those who seek peaceful relaxation with absolute tranquility in nearly untouched natural settings. The Robinson-style houses are typically located either on small islands or in remote bays accessible only by boats, ferries or dirt roads - far from main roads. Sometimes this accommodation type is completely isolated with no neighbors in the vicinity, sometimes there are a few other houses nearby. Such an accommodation has no central plumbing usually, drinking water is actually rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels (12V) and the stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is also no hot water in the house and the shower is usually outdoors with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational and economical use of water is recommended. It is highly recommended that you buy all the necessary supplies, including groceries, before your arrival because the nearest local stores are usually located far away from the house.
