We await our guests with a family atmosphere preserving the memory of the Grannies, homely and comfortably furnished, in a quiet suburban environment. 2 rooms: 6 modern, comfortable beds, wardrobe, armchair. Kitchen fully equipped: tableware, cutlery, cookware, toaster, tea maker, combined gas-electric stove, dishwasher.. Living-dining room: corner bench, chairs, dining table, Smart TV (62 channels). 2 bathrooms: shower, toilet, hand basin, one of them washing machine. Grassed garden: barbecue, garden table, benches.
Arrival, opening hours: Check-in is possible between 17:00 and 20:00, with check-out at the latest 9:00.
It cannot be used for events, parties, stag, hen parties, house parties! Quiet period: 20.00 in the evening - 10.00 in the morning, no noise is allowed in other periods, disturbing the people living in the area!
Only registered/checked-in guests are allowed in the building. Pets are not allowed. We provide homemade slippers instead of shoes.

Meals: The nearest grocery store is 50 meters away, restaurant is 350 meters away, or food can be ordered from many restaurants in the city!
Sporting facilities: Fishing on the Danube and nearby fishing lakes, horseback riding in several riding halls within 5 km, hiking in the surrounding mountains (Vaskapu, Dobogókő). Other sports facilities are already available within 500 meters: gym, bowling alley, running on the banks of the Little Danube, tennis and so on.
Transport: A local bus stop is 150 metres away, from here you can reach the Railway Station 4, Széchenyi Square, Watertown 5, Watertown, Basilica in 10 minutes. The bicycle rental station, long-distance bus stop is 1000m away, the train station is 1500m away.
