"2023.04.hónapban lefoglaltuk párommal a szállást, azonban a címre érkezve csengő hiányában felhívtam a tulajdonost, aki nemcsak az elutalt foglalást nem ismerte el, hanem felújítási munkálatokra hivatkozva nem adta ki a lefoglalt szállást, minden előzetes tájékoztatás nélkül! Gyakorlatilag bennünket hibàztatott, hogy miért nem egyeztettünk az utazást megelőzően! Úgy gondolom, hogy egy érvényes foglalást követően a szállásadónak lenne kötelessége tájékoztatást adni, hogy nem tudják kiadni az apartmant/szobàt! Hárítás volt felsőfokon, amit nem hagytunk annyiban és szerencsénkre a szallas.hu ügyintézőinek bevonásával, a panaszbejelentésünket követően visszautalta a szállásadó a korábban elutalt előleget! 220 km-t tettünk meg, és mivel semmi együttérzést, segítségnyújtást nem tanusított, így kénytelenek voltunk dupla annyi szállásdíjjal, 2 órát keresgélve másik szállást keresni! Eme "élmény" birtokában NEM ajánlom senkinek sem főleg kisbabákkal érkezőknek, családoknak ezt a szálláshelyet!"

"A szobákat egymástól függetlenül adják ki, de a konyha, WC, fürdő közös. Tehát bármikor megjelenhetnek idegenek a közös terekben, amelyek viszont kicsik ennyi szobára. Nincs WIFI. Ezekhez képest elég drága."

"Tisztaság."
"Sok volt a légy. Az Internetes reklámmal ellentétben a szobához nem tartozott fürdő és WC, igaz, hogy mivel csak mi voltunk, így ezzel nem volt gond. (Ha minden szoba foglalt lett volna akkor bizony gondot jelentett volna a "közösködés".) A második napon nem volt meleg víz, így este nem tudtunk fürödni."
