"to nie są wakacje dla rodzin z dziećmi: podwórko pełne jest antyków z przeszłości - zabawki dla dzieci są spalone, zepsute (wydaje się, że zbiera się zabawki ze śmietników), piaskownica z brudnego piasku; stare meble, które są przywracane rękami właściciela za pomocą improwizowanych środków (cerata i spinacze); nieznośne zapachy w salonie; jedna mała i śmierdząca lodówka dla wszystkich wczasowiczów, która od dawna nie była rozmrażana - jedzenie należy zapakować tak, aby nie śmierdziało; w kuchence mikrofalowej nie ma dobrego zapachu; w pokojach stare dywany pokryte brudnymi oparami i obrzydliwym zapachem - to sprawia, że w pokoju śmierdzi; dywany są tylko odkurzane lub zamiatane, ale nie prane; w oknach nie ma siatek - wszystkie komary i inne zwierzęta w pokoju; nie ma klimatyzacji, nie ma wentylatorów - można się udusić upałem i nieprzyjemnym zapachem; materace na łóżkach z nieprzyjemnym zapachem i plamach; pościel nie jest prana po wczasowiczach - z obrzydliwym zapachem; ręczniki są stare, ale prane w trybie ekonomicznym; dużo kurzu na parapetach, półkach, zasłonach i podartym i brudnym tiulu - rzadko czyszczone i prane; duże czarne pająki pełzały po dziecięcym łóżku, a wieczorem walczyły z nowymi czarnymi pająkami na zasłonach; światło w pokoju z jednej słabej żarówki, która jest bardzo brudna; naczynia nie są dobrze umyte: szklanki są źle umyte - smugi, na talerzach i widelcach są wysuszone kawałki jedzenia; pełne oszczędności na detergentach; kabina prysznicowa z żółtą powłoką; nie ma szczotki toaletowej i środka dezynfekującego, a także papieru toaletowego."
