A walk to the Old Town from Bank Square takes 10-15min or tram 1 stop.
Entries through the gate using the input code. Public parking is available under the building.
There are also bus stops next to the building, and there are numerous shops, cafes and service and retail outlets in the area: banks, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, a Sushi bar, a kebab bar.

The flat has a 2-seater sofa in the living room and a single bed in the bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to prepare a meal on your own. The flat has cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet without limitations. Internet is completely free. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine.
