"Többször voltam már itt, és valószínűleg leszek is, az egyetem fő, Ill. B épületéhez nagyon közel van, illetve a Dobó térhez is, így városnézéshez is ideális. Szépen berendezett, letisztult kis lakás, jól felszerelt konyhával, amiben akár főzni is lehet. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves, rugalmas a kulcs átvételét és leadását illetően, nincs kellemetlen várakozás. Mindig tisztaság van és rend, jó megérkezni."

"A tulajdonos segítökész, rugalmas és kedves volt, megoldottuk a kulcs átvételét annak ellenére, hogy csak fél hétre értem oda :) Az apartman makulátlanul tiszta és jól felszerelt volt, egy túrázó minden igényét kielégíti. A ház elött minden alkalommal találtam parkolóhelyet, a gázkonvektor egy zuhanyzás ideje alatt felmelegítette a szobát."
"Ezeket inkább javaslatként jegyezném meg, mint negatívumként, mert könnyen orvosolhatók: a fürdöben nincs akasztó a törölközöknek, illetve az ágyként szolgáló kanapé kellemetlenül kemény, egy 5-6 centiméteres ágybetét beszerzésével nagyságrendekkel komfortosabbá lehetne tenni."

"A szállásadó nagyon korrekt. Az apartman kellemes, csendes környéken található, egy patak partján, ahol nincs autóforgalom. Pár perc séta a Fürdő, a Vár, a sétáló övezet. Az apartman frissen felújított, modern, tiszta. Jó tapasztalataim voltak."
