Located at the entrance to the city of Bistrita, in a quiet area, with access from the ring road, the “Minerva” Guesthouse will offer 12 rooms and 2 apartments equipped according to European Union standards. The Minerva Guesthouse will offer a swimming pool, summer garden, etc. during the summer. In terms of exterior architecture, the guesthouse is simple, without spectacular shapes and ornaments. The building was built in 2004 for other purposes, but along the way it became a horizontal guesthouse in a rectangular shape. The interior is also simple, but welcoming. In front of the Guesthouse there is a car parking lot with 24/7 video surveillance. Near the Guesthouse (50 m) there is the “Luk Oil” gas station and the OK Shopping Center recently opened in 2024. For the safety of tourists, the Minerva Guesthouse offers 24/7 security, guarding and protection provided by the BGS Company from Bistrita.
