The spacious and bright living area combines the functions of a living room, dining room and kitchen. A huge advantage is the balcony from which you can observe the life of the resort with a glass of wine.
The kitchenette is fully equipped: it has a dishwasher, a microwave with an oven function, and a TCHIBO pressure coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower and a washer-dryer, which allows for a comfortable stay even for a longer period of time. The apartment has wireless Internet and cable TV. There is an LED TV in both the living room and the bedroom. On hot days, guests will also appreciate the air conditioning.

The apartment is perfectly located, almost right next to the promenade. Within a few steps there are numerous restaurants and clubs, as well as a beautiful, sandy beach and the famous Sopot Pier. Despite the central location, the apartment is perfectly soundproofed, so guests do not have to worry about night noises.

The apartment has its own parking space in the garage under the building, which is an unusual advantage in this part of the city (the space is located in the corner, next to the wall - parking in the back is necessary. Very large cars may not fit). The tenement house has an elevator, making it easier to move around with a stroller.
