"A Sarló utcai ház nagyon szép helyen fekszik,családi házas övezetben, még is negyed óra sétára az Óváros tértől.A szállásról kilépve rálátni a Veszprémi Várra,és a Margit romokra. Pár lépés után gyönyörű parkban sétálhatunk a Séd patak partján, a Benedek hegy oldalában. A látvány lenyűgöző,megannyi kis híddal,a patak felett haladhatunk az óváros felé Az apartman jól felszerelt,gépesített,modern,kényelmes. A kis udvar üde színfolt a nappali nagy üvegajtaján kinézve.Visszatérünk!"

"A hely lokációja, felszereltsége, berendezése kiváló, a környezetre ráfér még a munka, sajnos az apró, zárt kert használhatatlan volt a rendetlenség miatt, valamint a helyiségek tisztasága is hagy némi kívánnivalót maga után."
