Top location for vacation, in a privileged part of Umag - Punta near Stella Marisa, where the renowned tennis tournament ATP Open Croatia Umag has been held for years. The beach is easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The house offers in sharing for free use: deck chairs, outdoor pool and whirlpool tub, outdoor shower, 2 gazebos, barbecue, but the bicycles are at an additional cost. Near the house, there is a children's playground and free public parking.
The apartment is part of a residence with 11 apartments of various types that can be rented.

New, comfortable, modern, and functional apartment for two people on the ground floor with a small terrace overlooking the pool. Air-conditioned studio apartment of 18 m2, consists of a sleeping area with double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, bed linen provided (changed weekly), flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-fi internet connection (the possibility of a weak network at certain times of the day within the studio). From the sleeping area entrance to the bathroom with shower and the outside window, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, two bathroom towels per person are provided. The studio has a kitchenette with a ceramic hob with two hobs, a dining table, a small refrigerator, a filter coffee machine, kettle. Exit to the covered terrace of 6 m2 equipped with table and chairs, if you want privacy it is possible to close the terrace with curtains. The terrace has a beautiful view of the pool and sun deck equipped with sun loungers and parasols. A great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The area is quietly surrounded by greenery. Nearby beaches have different structures for all kinds of needs, sandy, rocky, pebble, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make a unique beautiful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast that allows you to protect yourself from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach that suits you best, just scroll a few hundred meters as the structure of the beach changes. For those who love the gym, free outdoor gym equipment is available on Villa Rita’s promenade.
A shop is only 500 m away and a restaurant 200 m. Tennis courts are only 200 m away, public children's playground 20 m.
Near the apartment, there are several restaurants and pizzerias. Restaurant Punta, about 700 m from the house, offers a wide selection of fish dishes, appetizers, first courses, and desserts. Only 400 m away is the station of the tourist train that departs from the tourist resort Katoro and arrives along the coast in the center of Umag and vice versa. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or it can be reached by tourist train.
The center of Umag is 1,5 km away from the apartment.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend that you go to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, inns, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For days you want to spend other than staying on the beach or in the evening, we recommend an unforgettable exploration of the interior of Istria. Grožnjan, a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Livade, a town known for its white truffles located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. Various excursions by boat "Fish picnic" are organized, with an offer based on fish or meat, during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, Lim Fjord, or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in a beautiful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is prohibited inside the apartment
* We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
