"Príjemný personál, hneď všetko riešili k spokojnosti klienta, poskytli zľavu za nefungujúce veci, skvelé prostredie na oddych, rôzne možnosti na oddych a relax"
"Nefungovala vírivka, parná sauna a bazén už bol vraj zazimovaný, ale skôr vyzeral ako by ani nebol vôbec celé leto používaný. Mohli dať aspoň informáciu o nedostupnosti vírivky a sauny, 2 dni pred príchodom sme písali majiteľovi mail a nadal nám žiadne info. Pritom vraj ta vírivka a sauna už nefunguje 2 týždne. Bolo to veľké mínus na našom pobyte, pretože kvôli tomu sme si toto ubyyovanie vybrali."
